Next week the search for the 37th board will officially begin. A board year is a great opportunity to put the study aside for a year and learn new soft skills whilst also making new connections. You learn how to prioritize, deal with responsibilities and most importantly how to work as a team. All in all you get to see the association and her partners through a whole new perspective and gain confidence within your positions.
