When you would like your visual material (photo/video/stream) fixed by the CHEOPS media committee, you should hand in the assignment form 4 WEEKS before the assignment. The media committee will reach out to you to further clarify the assignment. Disclaimer; the earlier the media committee receives your assignment, the better the end product.
