As you might have already noticed, we switched to a new members system. Loile, the company of our new system is working on transferring the existing CHEOPS accounts to the new system. Due to privacy reasons everyone has to reset their password to switch to the new system, called Membrz.
If all went well, you received an email from Loile to reset your password. Please also check your spam folder for this email. In the mail, a link can be found to reset your password. If the link has expired or does not work, please click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ button, located on the following page: membrz-ui (loile.com) You can then request a new password using the email address to which you received this email. When you signed up with your new password please fill in any missing information.
