Fast-growing tech start-up in real estate is looking for a research analyst who will help the research team by delving into the commercial real estate market and doing research in the office and on the street.
What are you going to do?
You are sharp on details, go for quality over quantity and can work independently. You are interested in (commercial) real estate and want to gain a lot of extra knowledge within a short time. You have a huge drive to get to the last detail and know that you make few mistakes.
Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for a Fieldwork Researcher to join our team for 16 hours a week.
In the role of Fieldwork Researcher you are responsible for obtaining and processing data about commercial real estate. You obtain data on location and via desk research. When information is missing, you are able to bring this to the surface in creative ways.
You are good at working independently, both in the office and during fieldwork, but also at home at hours that suit you best. You are also able to walk for a day during the fieldwork. You will be judged on your output and are one of the driving forces behind our current growth.
Vastgoeddata, founded in 2013, is a rapidly growing ‘proptech’ research agency that provides real estate professionals with information about Dutch commercial real estate. This information is made accessible through a unique database, fed with data from government organizations, brokers and credit information providers, among others. In addition to access to this database, Vastgoeddata provides various customized solutions and applications of this data. Vastgoeddata works for professionals who work for investors, appraisers, banks, municipalities, brokers and developers.
Vastgoeddata currently has >380 organizations as customers and wants to grow to >1,000.
