For more than 130 years, a.s.r. real estate has been investing in real estate on behalf of institutional investors and manages real estate portfolios. As well as unlisted sector funds in the Netherlands we manage separate accounts such as wind farms, solar parks and estates. Institutional customers can also come to us for independent strategic advice on investing in real estate and infrastructure all over the world. a.s.r. real estate is part of a.s.r., one of the largest insurance companies in the Netherlands.
