The purpose of technology in the construction.

Jos Hoonhout, director of VeriCon, is surprised why so many developments such as BIM and technology are still so little applied in practice to its full potential. At VeriCon we experience on a daily basis that the construction industry prefers to design, engineer and build concurrently. Though technology enhances the possibilities to improve, we still can do much better as an industry. We have to investigate how we can improve the construction process as a whole: from craft to technology.
