Lunch Lecture Count&Cooper: Stakeholder management at the largest infrastructure project in the Netherlands

Contractor VeenIX is widening and deepening of the A9 highway between the junctions Badhoevedorp and Holendrecht, Amsterdam. There are many different parties involved in the project, such as municipalities, water authorities and citizens. Therefore, it can be complex to execute the works and to include and involve those parties in the decision making. How do you involve and communicate with all these different stakeholders? At the A9 project, Count&Cooper is responsible for the stakeholder management scope. We deal with this kind of complexity by facilitating the interaction between people, processes and technology. During the lunch lecture, we explain with cases how we maintain control in our projects.
